Luke-Ness Monster Stout Bacon is made with my favorite stout beer, liquid malt extract (used to make stout beer), and molasses. These ingredients deliver a dark, rich, malty/“stouty” bacon flavor. Great comfort food! My Luke-Ness recipe was named in honor of my awesome new grandson who was born small but is quickly growing into a little “Monster”.  The recipe was inspired by my “Top Baconeer” friend Mark who sells “Epic” Piggery-Smokery Bacon. Mark lives in the UK (the birthplace of stout beer), near the Loch Ness in Scotland. (8oz per pack)
